A roofer is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 3.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $240 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

Thinking of you. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Santa Rosa donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Pune.
best of luck. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I'll check back for the next update. Greetings from Mardan
