Narayan is facing stage 2 breast cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Narayan was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in June. The oncology team at the Pokhara Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Narayan is 44, worked as a farmer until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Pokhara Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $40
• Transport to the Pokhara Oncology Institute: $155
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $670
• Scans and lab work: $135

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Narayan.
