Help Mugisha finish a nursing degree at Embakasi University - $700 to go

Mugisha is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Embakasi University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Mugisha can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Mugisha has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Mugisha would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Mugisha isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Embakasi University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
