Help Miles with a roofer's skills: faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning
Looking for a licensed roofer in Tallahassee to donate time or work at cost.

In October an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,200 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $90.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out, Miles. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
hope it all works out, Miles. Hope you get there. Sent it to 15 people at work. Take care
looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
