Help Michael keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Help keep a free food pantry open for families and seniors in Ho.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Friday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 26 families, and now we feed 140 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 50% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 15 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Ho market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $400 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $165
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $75
• Baby formula and diapers: $85
• Refrigeration and electricity: $75
Glad we found this place.
