Help María move out of an unsafe apartment this Tuesday
María has found a safe new apartment in Santa Fe and needs help moving heavy furniture on Tuesday.

After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Santa Fe, and the lease starts on Tuesday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.

praying for you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Thinking of you and your family, María. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.
