Weerasak, my uncle, passed away on 15 August after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 36 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $500 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 4 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Weerasak to have a dignified farewell.
