Help Kayode patch the roof before the rainy season
The roof at Kayode's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a widowed grandmother living in Onitsha. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $420, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over three weekday mornings.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Glad we found this place.

everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from Detroit.
Rooting for you, Kayode. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Blessings.
thinking of you and your family. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. I hope December is when things finally get easier. Blessings.
Sending strength, Kayode. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We're a small family in Coventry but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Onitsha.
Good luck, Kayode. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
