Help Juan with a HVAC technician's skills: a burst pipe behind the wall
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in San Jose to donate time or work at cost.

In February an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $3,100 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $140.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Rooting for you, Juan. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. God bless
Thinking of you and your family, Juan. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Take care!
praying for you, Juan. Hope you get there. My neighbor in Sandton donated after I showed her your page.
Hang in there, Juan. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
