Help Jay patch the roof before the rainy season
The roof at Jay's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a retired bus driver living in Jabalpur. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $940, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over a weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Rooting for you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
thinking of you, Jay. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Jabalpur.
