Help Jacques patch the roof before the rainy season
The roof at Jacques's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a night-shift nurse living in Bloemfontein. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 3 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $760, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the roofing sheets and nails. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over two Saturdays.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

wishing you the best, Jacques. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. It's not much but it's yours.
Wishing you the best, Jacques. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care
Thinking of you and your family, Jacques. Hope this works out for you. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings
