She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,500.
The registrar has said Ingrid can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ingrid has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ingrid would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Ingrid isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
