Elijah was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in January. The oncology team at Wollongong Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Elijah is 24, worked as a shop owner until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Wollongong Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
