Help Dineo through 12 rounds of treatment for a rare sarcoma
Supporting Dineo through a rare sarcoma: medication, transport to Richards Bay University Hospital, and living costs while She can't work.
Anywhere in the world1,379 views
Dineo was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in July. The oncology team at Richards Bay University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Dineo is 31, worked as a primary school teacher until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Richards Bay University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $850 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $460
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $155
• Transport to Richards Bay University Hospital: $235
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you and your family. Shared it with a few friends. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings.
I hope things turn around soon. Love from Montpellier.
