Padraig, my brother, passed away on 17 July after a sudden heart attack. He was 70 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,850 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 29 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Padraig to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $2,450
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $990
• Transport of the deceased: $190
• Memorial gathering for the family: $220
