Help Arianna patch the roof before winter
The roof at Arianna's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a night-shift nurse living in Los Angeles. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 3 places, and the kitchen is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $4,350, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the corrugated iron sheets and timber. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over three weekday mornings.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

thanks for sharing this, Arianna. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
This could happen to any of us. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
