Help Anna finish a teaching qualification at Baton Rouge University - $4,950 to go
Anna has worked and saved for five years to study a teaching qualification; a $4,950 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Anna is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Baton Rouge University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,950.
The registrar has said Anna can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anna has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anna would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Anna isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $4,950 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,150
• Exam and lab fees: $115
• Final term tuition: $2,685
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

So sorry you're going through this, Theodore. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Medellín.
Hope it all works out. Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Baton Rouge.
Best of luck, Theodore. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 30 people at work. All the best.
is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Anna!
Sure. The biggest one is outstanding tuition balance, $2,150. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
Best of luck, Theodore. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Epe!
Hope things get better soon, Theodore. Hope you get there. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too
So sorry you're going through this, Theodore. Looking forward to the next update.
