Help Amna finish a pharmacy diploma at Peshawar University - $400 to go

Amna is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Peshawar University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Amna can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Amna has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Amna would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Amna isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Peshawar University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
