A plumber is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 3.

In June an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $810 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $75.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Blessings
Sending love. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. After 27 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from San Sebastián.
