Help a family move in Jakarta - 4-hour job
Gita has found a safe new apartment in Jakarta and needs help moving heavy furniture on Sunday.

After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Jakarta, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Glad we found this place.

I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Jakarta.
This could happen to any of us. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings
Sending good thoughts, Gita. Hope you get there. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Thinking of Jakarta.
wishing you the best, Gita. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. All the best.
