Help a family move in Durban - 4-hour job
Craig has found a safe new apartment in Durban and needs help moving heavy furniture on Thursday.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Durban, and the lease starts on Thursday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
I hope life is good to you.

Praying for you. Your post was clear and honest. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
good luck, Craig. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Durban
sending strength, Craig. Hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.

Keep going, Craig. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Blessings.
Sending strength, Craig. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Gujranwala

Best of luck, Craig. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
