Help a family move in Cardiff - 4-hour job
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Cardiff.

After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Cardiff, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hope it all works out. Hope you get there. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Cardiff!
best of luck, Weston. This could happen to any of us. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Halifax.
sending good thoughts, Weston. Looking forward to the next update. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
