Help a family move in Athens - 4-hour job
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Athens.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Athens, and the lease starts on Monday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- four
- format
- In person in Athens
- skills
- lifting, driving, a van or pickup
