Heating shut-off notice: help Patricia pay $800
Patricia is behind on heating bills after losing my job in July and needs $800 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $800. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
