Heating shut-off notice: help Camila pay $250

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $250. I have never been late before January's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
