The registrar has said Ha-eun can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ha-eun has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ha-eun would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
