I have worked as a security guard for 8 years, and I'm 51. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
