Gun-woo needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
Gun-woo has run a fish stall for fifteen years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $1,200 will put it back on its feet.

For fifteen years I have run a fish stall in Seoul. In January, floodwater took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Initial stock: the first catch: $330
• Shop repairs and licensing: $490
• Working capital for the first month: $380
With deep gratitude,
Gun-woo

Sending strength. Hope the shop reopens soon. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Take care
Hope things get better soon. I hope things turn around soon. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Seoul.
