I'm Bisma, 17, in Year 12. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study psychology.
I have a 3.7 average, I volunteer at an after-school program and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until August. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Sending strength, Bisma. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
Take care. Looking forward to the next update. Put this on a community board in Allentown this morning. God bless.
Wishing you the best. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't give up. Greetings from Berlin.
Good luck, Bisma. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Enugu but we're thinking of you.
Sending good thoughts, Bisma. Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Gujranwala
Sending strength, Bisma. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Gujranwala
