Gloria was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in May. The surgeon at Leicester Orthopedic Institute recommended laparoscopic endometriosis surgery, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $7,500, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $5,600 short.

While we wait, Gloria struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
