Gloria is six months into recovery and looking for a guide

A weekly call with someone who has been through it - that's the whole ask.

I'm six months into recovery from stimulant addiction. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week. I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like. I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • Hope it all works out. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Don't give up. Thinking of New Orleans

    • Sending love. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Put this on a community board in Awka this morning.
