Get Gabriel back on the road: my school-run minibus repair fund
Gabriel drives for a living in São Paulo, and a broken clutch assembly has stopped all income for 8 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $350. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $350 goes:
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $170
• Labor charges: $70
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $70
• Towing and inspection: $40
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

So sorry you're going through this. Small businesses are the heart of São Paulo. Hope you're open again soon. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of São Paulo.
