Gas fitter needed urgently: Kioko's home isn't safe
Looking for a licensed gas fitter in Mbarara to donate time or work at cost.

In June an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $280 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hang in there, Kioko. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Please keep us posted. Blessings.
Good luck, Kioko. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
shared it with a few friends. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Los Angeles.
I hope things turn around soon. Sent it to 10 people at work. Blessings.
