Funeral costs for Juliet's grandfather, Emeka
Emeka passed away on 16 December; we're raising $900 for a respectful funeral in Port Harcourt.

Emeka, my grandfather, passed away on 16 December after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 22 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $900 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 28 December.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Emeka to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Transport of the deceased: $60
• Funeral home services and casket: $610
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $230
