Friendly visitor needed for an 89-year-old neighbor in Dublin

I'm writing for my neighbor Fionnuala, who's 89. Fionnuala lives alone in Dublin, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Fionnuala loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
