Friendly visitor needed for an 89-year-old neighbor in Bristol
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Isabelle is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Isabelle, who's 89. Isabelle lives alone in Bristol, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives several hours away.
Isabelle loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
