Friendly visitor needed for an 88-year-old neighbor in Seoul

I'm writing for my neighbor Tae-yang, who's 88. Tae-yang lives alone in Seoul, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives 751 kilometers away.
Tae-yang loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
