Friendly visitor needed for an 83-year-old neighbor in Rochester
Looking for a friendly person in Rochester to visit Zoe once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Zoe, who's 83. Zoe lives alone in Rochester, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Zoe loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
