Friendly visitor needed for an 80-year-old neighbor in Saint Paul

I'm writing for my neighbor Aarón, who's 80. Aarón lives alone in Saint Paul, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away. Aarón loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
