Friendly visitor needed for a 92-year-old neighbor in Mandaue

I'm writing for my neighbor Kevin, who's 92. Kevin lives alone in Mandaue, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Kevin loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Friday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
