Friendly visitor needed for a 77-year-old neighbor in Suwon

I'm writing for my neighbor Su-bin, who's 77. Su-bin lives alone in Suwon, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Su-bin loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
