Friendly visitor needed for a 76-year-old neighbor in Rio de Janeiro

I'm writing for my neighbor Kelly, who's 76. Kelly lives alone in Rio de Janeiro, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives 211 kilometers away. Kelly loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
