Friendly visitor needed for a 74-year-old neighbor in Patras

I'm writing for my neighbor Theodora, who's 74. Theodora lives alone in Patras, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away. Theodora loves gardening, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
