Friendly visitor needed for a 72-year-old neighbor in Davao City

I'm writing for my neighbor Joshua, who's 72. Joshua lives alone in Davao City, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Joshua loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
