French help for Lorenzo, preparing for the university entrance exam

Lorenzo is working hard on French but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the university entrance would help enormously.

My nephew, Lorenzo, is 15 and in Year 10. Lorenzo loves school but French has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The university entrance exam is in October. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in San Jose or online, for about sixteen weeks. Lorenzo is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in French, you could change the course of Lorenzo's year. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
