Looking for a patient French tutor, 2 hours a week, for 23 weeks.

My son, Gabriel, is 14 and in Grade 11. Gabriel loves school but French has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The school-leaving exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Québec or online, for about ten weeks.
Gabriel is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in French, you could change the course of Gabriel's year.
Glad we found this place.

Wishing you the best, Madelyn. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn.
best of luck, Madelyn. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
