Violet is working hard on statistics but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the university entrance would help enormously.

My niece, Violet, is 13 and in Year 10. Violet loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The university entrance exam is in September. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Auckland or online, for about sixteen weeks. Violet is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Violet's year. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

        • Keep going. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Leeds.
