My son, Selim, is 12 and in Year 10. Selim loves school but physics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The SAT exam is in November.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in İzmir or online, for about twenty weeks.
Selim is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in physics, you could change the course of Selim's year.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you and your family. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
