My younger brother, Roberto, is 12 and in Year 10. Roberto loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The GCSE exam is in December. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Rome or online, for about twenty weeks. Roberto is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Roberto's year. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

  • Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 21 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from London.

    • So sorry you're going through this, Federico. Hope you get there. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.

      • Best of luck, Federico. Study hard!

        • Sending love, Federico. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Hyderabad.

          • Hope it all works out. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Put this on a community board in Juiz de Fora this morning. Love from Juiz de Fora!
