Free tutoring hours for Cesar: computer science online or in Cebu City
Cesar is working hard on computer science but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the university entrance would help enormously.

My younger brother, Cesar, is 14 and in the final year of school. Cesar loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The university entrance exam is in November.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Cebu City or online, for about ten weeks.
Cesar is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Cesar's year.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
